When a loss occurs, it is natural to feel overwhelmed. We are here to help guide you through the difficult process of dealing with your loss. At Woyasz & Son, we understand these concerns, and will help simplify the process by offering guidance and support.

Arrangement Conference

Family members can call Woyasz & Son to request a private arrangement conference with a trusted professional. Call (860) 889-1886 to reach our Norwich office or (860) 848-1886 to reach our Montville office.

What to Bring

At the time of scheduling your arrangement conference, we will review what information you should bring to the meeting, including basic information that is needed to complete certain paperwork that is required to be filed with the State of Connecticut.

• Clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, glasses/dentures and other personal items (as applicable) – Please consider and bring with you appropriate clothing including underwear, shoes and glasses. Jewelry and other remembrance items can be returned.
• Photos – If you would like to include a photograph of your loved one to accompany the obituary, please consider bringing several photos to choose from. We are happy to assist you with selecting the best photograph for publication.

Death Certificate

We will coordinate with the physician to have the certificate of death signed and available for filing with the necessary town or city hall.
